The invention belongs to the technical field of marine rescue, and particularly relates to an intelligent offshore wounded person post-delivery platform which comprises a wounded person post-deliveryplatform body, a wounded person cabin is formed in the wounded person post-delivery platform body, a protruding guardrail is fixed to the periphery of the wounded person cabin, and the periphery of the bottom of the wounded person post-delivery platform body is sleeved with an air bag set. A power device for providing power is installed at the tail end of the bottom of the wounded person back-conveying platform, an intelligent control device used for remote control is installed in the wounded person back-conveying platform, and a positioning device in information interaction with a communication satellite is installed at the front end of the top of the wounded person back-conveying platform. A wounded person can be transferred by the wounded person back-conveying platform; the wounded person back-delivery platform has a positioning function and a power driving function; and the platform is provided with a treatment module, a positioning device and an intelligent control device which are commonly used for marine battle injuries, marine transfer can be automatically carried out, wounded persons on the platform are transferred to a hospital ship or a search and rescue boat, quick treatment of the wounded persons is achieved, and the problems that marine battle wounded persons are inconvenient to treat and cannot be treated in time are solved.
