The invention provides welding equipment provided with a rotating rod and based on a commercial vehicle fuel tank bracket, relates to the field of welding equipment, and solves the problems that moremetal splashes are easily generated in the welding process, when metal splashes splash onto the adjusting arm, the metal splashes are prone to being damaged to influence the adjusting a sliding seat since an adjusting arm on existing welding equipment is not subjected to splash protection, and a conversion position cannot be quickly found during batch welding. The welding equipment provided with the rotating rod and based on the commercial vehicle fuel tank bracket comprises a base; and the base is fixedly connected with a longitudinal adjusting arm through a bolt. Two limiting seats are usedfor fixing at the boundary of a motion trail of the sliding seat to realize horizontal limiting of the sliding seat, so that the adjusting position can be quickly and accurately found during batch welding; and when the fastening bolts on the limiting seats are tightened, the fastening bolts are in contact with the groove bottom of a rectangular groove, the movement limitation of the sliding seat caused by scratching the front end surface of the main body plate by the fastening bolts on the limiting seats is prevented.

    本发明提供一种基于商用汽车油箱托架的安装有转动杆的焊接设备,涉及焊接设备领域,解决了在焊接过程中容易产生较多的金属飞溅,而现有的焊接设备上的调整臂均未进行飞溅防护,当金属飞溅物飞溅到调整臂上时,容易形成金属凸起,影响到滑动座的调整;在批量焊接时无法快速找到转换位置的问题。一种基于商用汽车油箱托架的安装有转动杆的焊接设备,包括底座;所述底座上通过螺栓固定连接有纵向调整臂。使用两个限位座在滑动座的运动轨迹边界处进行固定,实现滑动座的水平向限位,从而方便在批量焊接时,能够快速找准调整位置,且当限位座上的紧固螺栓拧紧时与矩形槽的槽底位置接触,防止限位座上的紧固螺栓将主体板前端面刮伤导致滑动座移动受限。
