The invention discloses a split shaft type wheel hub motor, which comprises a first half shaft, a motor, a center shaft, a second half shaft, a planetary gear speed reducing mechanism and an outer shell, wherein the outer shell is arranged on the outer side of the motor in a sleeving mode, the motor is arranged on the center shaft in a sleeving mode, the first half shaft is in interference fit with a stator base, the second half shaft is in interference fit with a planet wheel supporting frame, and one end of the center shaft is connected with the planet gear speed reducing mechanism; one endof the first half shaft is provided with a thread, and the other end is provided with a first boss; the center shaft is divided into a first shaft section and a second shaft section, the diameter of the second shaft section is greater than that of the first shaft section, and a sun gear integrally formed with the center shaft is arranged at the end, which is close to the second shaft section, of the center shaft; and one end of the second half shaft is provided with a thread, and the other end is provided with a second boss. The split shaft type design is adopted, the strength of the shaft core is guaranteed while the size of the sun gear is reduced, so that the size and the weight of the whole machine are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种分轴式轮毂电机,包括第一半轴、电动机、中心轴、第二半轴、行星齿轮减速机构和外部壳体,所述外部壳体套设在所述电动机外侧,所述电动机套设在所述中心轴上,所述第一半轴与定子座过盈配合,第二半轴与行星轮支撑架过盈配合,中心轴的一端与所述行星齿轮减速机构连接;所述第一半轴一端设置有螺纹,另一端设置有第一凸台;所述中心轴分为第一轴段和第二轴段,第二轴段的直径大于所述第一轴段,所述中心轴靠近第二轴段的一端设置有与其一体成型的太阳轮;所述第二半轴一端设置有螺纹,另一端设置有第二凸台。本发明采用分轴式设计,在减小太阳轮尺寸的同时保证轴芯强度,从而使整机体积减小,重量减轻。
