The invention discloses a forklift fork descending control device. The device comprises a valve sleeve, a valve hole is formed in the valve sleeve, a first annular groove and a second annular groove are formed in the outer circumferential side face of the valve sleeve, a first through-flow hole is formed in the valve sleeve, a flow valve element is connected into the valve hole in a sliding mode,a threaded sleeve is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the valve sleeve, a mounting cavity is formed between the threaded sleeve and the upper end of the valve sleeve, a second through-flow hole isformed in the valve sleeve, a magnetic conductive sleeve is fixedly installed at the upper end of the threaded sleeve, moving iron is slidably connected in the magnetic conductive sleeve, a coil is arranged on the outer circumferential side face of the magnetic conductive sleeve, a valve rod extending into the mounting cavity is arranged at the upper end of the flow valve element, a second nut ismounted at the upper end of the valve rod, a first spring sleeves the valve rod in the mounting cavity, a push rod is slidably connected in the magnetic conductive sleeve, a third through-flow hole isformed in the valve sleeve, and a speed limiting valve element is connected into the valve hole in a sliding mode. The forklift fork descending control device not only is integrated in structure, butalso can complete two functions of the descending control over an electromagnetic proportional valve and the descending control over a speed limiting valve.

    本发明公开了一种叉车货叉下降控制装置,包括阀套,所述阀套内设有阀孔;阀套的外圆周侧面设有第一环槽和第二环槽,所述阀套内设有第一通流孔,阀孔内滑动连接有流量阀芯;阀套的上端固定安装有螺套,所述螺套和阀套的上端之间形成安装腔,阀套内设有第二通流孔;螺套的上端固定安装有导磁套,导磁套内滑动连接有动铁,导磁套的外圆周侧面设有线圈;流量阀芯的上端设有伸入安装腔内的阀杆,阀杆的上端安装有第二螺帽,安装腔内在阀杆上套设有第一弹簧;导磁套内滑动连接有推杆;所述阀套内设有第三通流孔,所述阀孔内滑动连接有限速阀芯;该叉车货叉下降控制装置不仅结构集成,而且能够完成下降控制电磁比例阀和限速阀两个功能。
