The invention discloses an improved winch traction type arch frame mounting device which comprises a support frame body, wherein a plurality of support frame supporting legs are arranged on the support frame body, an opening is formed in the lower end of the support frame body, a first support frame crossbeam and a second support frame crossbeam are arranged over the opening, the first support frame crossbeam and the second support frame crossbeam are both connected to the support frame body, the first support frame crossbeam and the second support frame crossbeam are connected through a crossbeam connecting plate, and the first support frame crossbeam is provided with a winch. The arch frame mounting device is improved according to the characteristic that the tensioning force of an original winch traction type arch frame mounting device is insufficient, tensioning oil cylinders are uniformly distributed and additionally arranged on an arch frame chute, an arch frame bottom tensioningoil cylinder system is omitted, the tensioning force is improved, and the purposes of reducing personnel investment and achieving rapid mounting are achieved; and each tensioning point is provided with an independent control hydraulic pipeline which is independently controlled, so that the arch frame mounting error is conveniently adjusted, and the degree of automatic mounting is improved.

    本发明公开了一种改进型卷扬机牵引式拱架安装器,包括包括支撑架本体,所述支撑架本体上设置有若干个支撑架支腿,所述支撑架本体的下端开设有开口,且开口正上方设置有一号支撑架横梁和二号支撑架横梁,所述一号支撑架横梁和二号支撑架横梁均连接在支撑架本体上,且一号支撑架横梁和二号支撑架横梁通过横梁连接板进行连接,所述一号支撑架横梁设置有卷扬机;本发明拱架安装器针对原卷扬机牵引形式拱架安装器撑紧力不足的特点加以改进,在拱架滑槽上均布增加撑紧油缸,省掉拱架底部撑紧油缸系统,提高了撑紧力,实现减少人员投入快速安装的目的,且各撑紧点设独立控制液压管路,单独控制,方便调整拱架安装误差,提高自动化安装程度。
