The invention discloses a semi-active control vibration isolation system for a longitudinal vibration of a propulsion shaft system. The system comprises a shaft system, a thrust disc and a foundation;the rear end of the shaft system is connected with a propeller; the front end of the shaft system is connected with a unit through a flexible coupling; the shaft system is connected with a propellingflange; the front end of the propelling flange is connected with a thrust bearing; the front end of the thrust bearing is connected with the thrust disc; a plurality of low-rigidity elements are arranged between the thrust disc and the foundation; a plurality of controllable dampers are arranged between the thrust disc and the foundation; each controllable damper and the corresponding low-rigidity element are paired into a group; a vibration sensor is arranged on the thrust disc; the output end of the vibration sensor is connected with a data acquisition card; the output end of the data acquisition card is connected with an industrial personal computer; and the output end of the industrial personal computer is connected with the control ends of the controllable dampers. A variable-dampingsemi-active control technology is applied to the vibration isolation system, therefore, a good vibration isolation effect can be achieved in the high frequency band while low-frequency-band resonanceis restrained.
推进轴系纵向振动的半主动控制隔振系统,包括轴系、推力盘、基础,轴系的后端连接螺旋桨,前端通过柔性联轴器连接机组,轴系上连接推进法兰,推进法兰的前端连接推力轴承,推力轴承的前端连接推力盘,推力盘与基础之间设有若干个由低刚度元件,推力盘与基础之间还设有若干个可控阻尼,每个可控阻尼与低刚度元件配对成组;推力盘上设有振动传感器,振动传感器的输出端连接数据采集卡,数据采集卡的输出端连接工控机,工控机的输出端连接可控阻尼的控制端。本发明将变阻尼的半主动控制技术应用于隔振系统,可在抑制低频段共振的同时,在高频段也取得较好的隔振效果。
