The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles and discloses a suspension structure, an automobile and a camber angle adjusting method of a suspension. The suspension structure comprisesa suspension center frame, a lower arm, an upper arm and a main shaft driving wheel; one end of the upper arm is hinged to the suspension center frame; the other end of the upper arm is hinged to themain shaft driving wheel; one end of the lower arm is hinged to the suspension center frame through a cam mechanism, and the other end of the lower arm is hinged to the main shaft driving wheel; the cam mechanism comprises a cam arm pivot and round wheels arranged at the two ends of the cam arm pivot; the axis of the cam arm pivot is parallel to the axes of the round wheels; through holes for installing the round wheels are formed in the suspension center frame; and the round wheels are located in the through holes and can rotate around the axes of the through holes in the through holes; threaded holes and bolts matched with the threaded holes are arranged on the suspension center frame; and the threaded holes are communicated with the through holes. Thus, the camber angle of the suspension structure can be adjusted through the cam mechanism, and the problem that in the prior art, the camber angle of a suspension cannot be adjusted is solved.

    本发明涉及汽车技术领域,公开了一种悬架结构、汽车以及悬架的外倾角调节方法。其中,悬架结构包括悬架中心框架、下臂、上臂以及主轴驱动轮;上臂的一端与悬架中心框架铰接,另一端与主轴驱动轮铰接,下臂的一端通过凸轮机构与所主轴驱动轮述悬架中心框架铰接,另一端与主轴驱动轮铰接;凸轮机构包括凸轮臂枢轴以及设置在其两端的圆轮,凸轮臂枢轴的轴线与圆轮的轴线平行,悬架中心框架上设置有安装圆轮的通孔,圆轮位于通孔内并能够在通孔内与绕通孔的轴线旋转;悬架中心框架上设置有螺纹孔以及与螺纹孔相匹配的螺栓,螺纹孔与通孔连通。这样,利用凸轮机构可以调节悬架结构的外倾角,克服了现有技术中悬架的外倾角不能调节的问题。
