The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle control and relates to a vehicle air pump system, a control method thereof and a vehicle. According to the method, an current residual air volume, brake pedal depth, brake pedal change rate and brake pedal treading frequency are obtained, a current brake demand air volume is determined according to the brake pedal depth, and a current brake emergency degree is determined according to the brake pedal change rate and the brake pedal treading frequency; an expected braking demand air volume is determined according to the current braking demand air volume and the current braking emergency degree; and at least when the condition that the current residual air volume is smaller than the expected braking demand air volume is met, an air pumpis turned on. If the air pump system meets the requirement for low energy consumption, a small-displacement and small-power air pump needs to be used; the residual air volume is compared with the expected braking demand air volume during frequent braking or emergency deep-treading braking, so that whether the air pump is started or not is judged; and the air pump can be started in time to inflatewhen the current residual air volume cannot meet the expected demand air volume, therefore, braking air demand is ensured, and the braking safety of the vehicle is ensured.

    本发明涉及车辆控制技术领域,特别是一种车用气泵系统及其控制方法、车辆。获取当前剩余气量、制动踏板深度、制动踏板变化率和制动踏板踩踏频率,根据制动踏板深度确定当前制动需求气量,根据制动踏板变化率和制动踏板踩踏频率确定当前制动紧急程度;根据当前制动需求气量和当前制动紧急程度确定预期制动需求气量,至少当当前剩余气量小于预期制动需求气量的条件满足时,开启气泵,气泵系统满足低能耗就需要使用小排量、小功率的气泵,在频繁制动或紧急深踩制动时通过对比剩余气量与预期的制动需求气量的大小关系,判断是否开启气泵,可以实现在当前剩余气量无法满足预期需求的时候及时打开气泵进行打气,确保制动用气需求,保证整车制动安全。
