The invention relates to a water-cooled bidirectional charger shell. The shell comprises a shell, a blocking part and a baffle; a circuit board mounting base is arranged at the rear end of the interior of the shell; a plurality of hole avoiding grooves are formed in the bottom of the circuit board mounting base side by side; the lower end of the shell is provided with a circle of flange along theedge of the lower end of the shell, wherein the flange defines a water cooling cavity; at the middle part of the lower end of the shell, a water cooling chamber is divided into a left chamber and a right chamber through the blocking part; the rear end of the left chamber is communicated with the rear end of the right chamber; a water inlet communicated with the left chamber and a water outlet communicated with the right chamber are respectively formed in the left side and the right side of the front end of the shell; a plurality of U-shaped protrusions are arranged at the position, located outside the blocking part, of the lower end of the shell; the U-shaped protrusions are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; and water cooling channels are formed between every two adjacent U-shaped protrusions, between the flange and the adjacent U-shaped protrusions and between the blocking part and the adjacent U-shaped protrusions. The water-cooled bidirectional charger shell is reasonable in installation position design and good in cooling effect.

    本发明涉及一种水冷式双向充电机机壳,包括机壳、隔挡部和挡板,机壳内部的后端设置有线路板安装座,线路板安装座的底部并排设置有若干个避孔槽,机壳的下端沿着边缘设置有一圈围成水冷腔室的凸缘,机壳的下端中部通过隔挡部将水冷腔室分隔成左腔室和右腔室,左腔室的后端与右腔室的后端相连通,机壳前端的左右分别设置有与左腔室连通的进水口以及与右腔室连通的出水口,机壳的下端位于隔挡部外设置有若干个U型凸起,若干个U型凸起由内到外依次布置,两个相邻的U型凸起之间、凸缘与相邻的U型凸起之间以及隔挡部与相邻的U型凸起之间形成水冷通道。本发明安装位置设计合理,且冷却效果较好。
