The invention discloses a high-speed non-inductive charging system. The road toll collection system comprises a mobile payment terminal, a background management terminal, a camera and a toll collection host; a control main board is arranged in the charging host; an image processor, a central controller and a network communicator are integrated on the control main board; the central controller is in signal connection with the camera through the image processor; the central controller is connected with a cloud server through the network communicator; the mobile payment terminal and the background management terminal are in network connection with the cloud server; and the mobile payment terminal is bound with a license plate number of a vehicle owner. According to the invention, a mobile terminal fee deduction mode is adopted; a payment request is initiated to the mobile payment terminal through the network system; a running vehicle can directly pass through a station; low-speed slow running and even parking induction are not needed; convenience management is provided for road traffic; and the problem that fee deduction cannot be achieved due to poor contact of a magnetic card or induction failure of ETC is avoided.

    本发明公开了高速无感收费系统,包括移动支付终端、后台管理终端以及设置于道路一侧的摄像头、收费主机,收费主机中设置有控制主板,控制主板上集成有图像处理器、中央控制器、网络通讯器,中央控制器通过图像处理器与摄像头信号连接,中央控制器通过网络通讯器连接有云服务器,移动支付终端、后台管理终端与云服务器进行网络连接,移动支付终端与车主的车牌号码绑定。本发明采用移动终端扣费方式,通过网络系统向移动支付终端发起支付请求,行驶车辆可直接通过站点,不必低速慢行甚至停车感应,为道路交通提供便捷性管理,同时避免了ETC由于磁卡接触不良或感应不到而无法实现扣费等问题。
