The invention provides a multi-point detection method for a sectional insulator. The method comprises the following steps: S1, detecting the height of a contact wire at a connecting wire clamp of twoslideways, setting two point positions; S2, detecting the height of a contact wire at a contact wire connecting clamp, setting two point positions; S3, detecting the heights from the middle part of astainless steel crimping pipe on a main insulating rod and the horizontal connecting line of two adjacent slideways to the steel rail, setting eight point positions; S4, detecting the heights from theposition 20-50mm away from the thread part of the main insulating rod and the horizontal connecting line of two adjacent slideways to the steel rail, and totally setting eight point positions; S5, detecting the height from along slideway point location to the steel rail, namely, the arc extinction angle of the long slideway facing the dropper side, and avoiding the arc part of the long slideway,and setting two point locations; and S6, detecting the height from the central point position of the main insulating rod to the steel rail, setting two point positions. According to the multi-point detection method for the sectional insulator, the number of measurement points is larger, data are more detailed and accurate, and the method conforms to the fine principle of equipment management in the rail transit industry.

    本发明创造提供了一种分段绝缘器多点检测方法,包括如下步骤:S1.检测两滑道连接线夹处接触线导线高度,共2个点位;S2.检测接触线连接线夹处接触线导线高度,共2个点位;S3.检测主绝缘棒上的不锈钢压接管中间部分及相邻两滑道的水平连线处距钢轨高度,共8个点位;S4.检测主绝缘棒螺纹部分外20‑50mm处及相邻两滑道的水平连线处距钢轨高度,共8个点位;S5.检测长滑道点位距钢轨高度,即长滑道消弧角向吊弦侧,避开长滑道弧形部分,共2个点位;S6.检测主绝缘棒中心点位置距钢轨高度,共2个点位。本发明创造所述的一种分段绝缘器多点检测方法,测量点位更多,数据更详细精准,符合轨道交通行业设备管理精细化原则。
