A workbench angle sensor and a tilt angle sensor are arranged on a workbench, and the rotating angles of a lower arm, an upper arm and a fly arm and the horizontal angle of the workbench are controlled through a lower arm amplitude-change hydraulic cylinder, an upper arm amplitude-change hydraulic cylinder, a fly arm amplitude-change oil cylinder and a leveling oil cylinder correspondingly. According to the multi-degree-of-freedom lifting platform device and the automatic leveling method, hydraulic driving is adopted, a plurality of arm frames are adopted, multiple degrees of freedom are achieved, and large-range operation can be achieved; in the aerial operation process, shaking ofthe workbench is reduced, and dynamic impact such as direction switching is avoided; and compared with an aerial operation platform which is independently subjected to electro-hydraulic proportional driving or driven leveling, the response speed can be increased through master-slave composite control, the phenomenon that leveling lag is caused due to the fact that the distance between a control valve and an execution element is long and the execution element cannot rapidly respond is reduced, operation is easy, and the bearing capacity is high.
本发明公开了一种多自由度举升平台装置及自动调平方法,本发明通过在工作台上设置工作台角度传感器和倾角传感器,并通过下臂变幅液压缸、上臂变幅液压缸、飞臂变幅油缸和调平油缸分别控制下臂、上臂和飞臂的转动角度,以及工作台的水平角度。本发明采用液压驱动,采用多个臂架,具有多个自由度,可以实现大范围作业;在高空作业过程中,减小工作台的抖动,避免方向切换等动态冲击;与单独使用电液比例主动或从动调平的高空作业平台相比,主从复合控制可以提高响应速度,减小因控制阀与执行元件距离较长,执行元件不能迅速反应,引起调平滞后的现象,操作简单,以及承载能力较强。
