The invention discloses a travelling crane beam device and a processing and manufacturing method of a travelling crane beam. The travelling crane beam device comprises the travelling crane beam, a reinforcing rib, supporting pieces and sliding wheels. The travelling crane beam spans two adjacent wall sliding rails, the reinforcing rib is arranged on the top of the travelling crane beam and used for reinforcing the rigidity strength, the supporting pieces are used for being combined with the sliding rails in an embedded mode, and the sliding wheels are arranged at the bottoms of the supportingpieces in a rotating mode. A driving mechanism is movably arranged at the bottom of the travelling crane beam and comprises a travelling assembly and a hoisting assembly. The travelling assembly is used for driving the driving mechanism to transversely move along the travelling crane beam, and the hoisting assembly is installed on the driving mechanism and used for hoisting a heavy object. Multiple hoisting holes which are used for installation are formed in the travelling crane beam at equal intervals. The double-motor individual control mode is adopted to independently control the driving mechanism on the travelling crane beam, and therefore hoisting movement and transverse movement of the heavy object are conveniently and independently operated, the workload of a power component is reduced, all parts are protected against disturbance as the operation of a travelling crane is not affected, the integral structure is reasonable, and standard parts are adopted to process and manufacturethe device.

    本发明公开了一种航车梁装置及航车梁的加工制造方法,包括横跨相邻两墙壁滑轨之间的航车梁、设置在所述航车梁上部用于加强刚性强度的加强筋、用于同滑轨嵌合的支撑件、以及转动设置在所述支撑件下方的滑轮,其中,所述航车梁下部活动设置有驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括用于带动驱动机构沿所述航车梁横向移动的行走组件和安装在所述驱动机构上用于将重物吊起的起吊组件,且所述航车梁上等距开设有多个用于安装的吊装孔;采用双电机分控的模式对航车梁上的驱动机构进行独立控制,便于分别对中午的起吊和横移进行单独操作,减小了动力元件的工作负载,且在不影响航车运行的同时保护各个部件不受干扰,整体结构合理,均采用标准件加工制造。
