The invention discloses a lifting mechanism of an automatic crane and a working method of the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting hook and further comprises a bottom plate andloading boxes; a lifting ring is detachably connected in the middle above the bottom plate; the lifting hook is used for lifting the lifting ring; loading plates are detachably and symmetrically connected on the upper surface of the bottom plate; rotating disks are rotationally connected on the upper surfaces of the loading plates; the bottoms of the loading boxes are fixedly connected on the upper surfaces of the rotating disks; loading frames are vertically movably connected inside the loading boxes; U-shaped blocks are glidingly connected on the front and back side walls of the insides ofthe loading frames; separating plates are clamped between the U-shaped blocks; accommodating grooves are downwards formed in the top ends of the U-shaped blocks; pushing plates are elastically connected in the accommodating grooves; locking rods are fixedly connected onto the pushing plates; and one end of each locking rod penetrates through the side wall of the corresponding accommodating grooveand is inserted on the inner side wall of the corresponding loading frame. According to the lifting mechanism of the automatic crane and the working method of the lifting mechanism, before cargoes inside the loading boxes are lifted, the loading boxes can be mounted on and dismounted from the bottom plate conveniently.

    本发明公开了一种自动化起重机的起吊机构及其工作方法,包括吊钩,还包括底板和装载箱;所述底板的上方中部拆卸式连接有吊环,所述吊钩用于起吊吊环;所述底板的上表面拆卸式对称连接有装载板,所述装载板的上表面转动连接有转盘,所述装载箱的底部固定连接在转盘的上表面,所述装载箱的内部竖直移动连接有载物框,所述载物框内部的前后侧壁均滑动连接有U形块,所述U形块之间卡紧有隔板,所述U形块的顶端朝下开设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽内弹性连接有推板,所述推板上固定连接有锁紧杆,所述锁紧杆的一端穿过容纳槽的侧壁并插设在载物框的内侧壁上,本发明在实现对装载箱内货物起吊之前,便于将装载箱在底板上的安装与拆卸。
