The invention provides a novel connecting and unlocking mechanism based on electromagnetic driving. The mechanism comprises a main force bearing rod, a loading nut, an upper connecting plate, a lowerconnecting plate, two swing arms, a hooping ring, a flywheel, an electromagnet, a limiting pin, a base and a shell, the shell is fixed on the upper connecting plate, the base is arranged in the shell,an accommodating space is defined by the base and the shell, the hooping ring and the flywheel are arranged in the accommodating space, the outer ring of the hooping ring is screwed with the flywheelthrough non-self-locking threads, the flywheel is supported on the base and the shell through bearings, the loading nut is rotated, the two swing arms are locked through the main force bearing rod, the hooping ring is pre-tightened through the two swing arms to pre-tighten the flywheel, the hooping ring is limited in the circumferential direction through the limiting pin, the electromagnet is fixed to the shell, and the flywheel is limited or unlocked. The bearing capacity of the mechanism is improved, the electromagnet is used as a trigger of a unlocking device to remarkably reduce unlockingimpact, meanwhile, no component is damaged in the unlocking process of the device, and the device can be reassembled and reused after being unlocked.
本发明提供了一种基于电磁驱动的新型连接解锁机构,包括主承力杆、加载螺母、上连接板、下连接板、两个摆臂、箍紧环、飞轮、电磁铁、限位销、底座和外壳,外壳固定在上连接板上,底座设置在外壳内,且与外壳围成容纳空间,箍紧环和飞轮设置在容纳空间内,且箍紧环的外圈与飞轮通过非自锁螺纹旋合,飞轮通过轴承支撑在底座和外壳上,旋转加载螺母,主承力杆锁紧两个摆臂,通过两个摆臂预紧箍紧环,从而预紧飞轮,通过一限位销对箍紧环周向限位,电磁铁固定在外壳上,限位或解锁飞轮。本发明提高装置的承载能力,利用电磁铁作为解锁装置的触发器以显著降低解锁冲击,同时装置在解锁过程中无元器件破坏,完成解锁后即可重新装配再次使用。
