The invention describes an electric heating unit for preventing and removing ice. The electric heating unit comprises: a base body made of an insulating material; an electric heating film located on one surface of the base body, wherein the electric heating film is made of an alloy material and comprises at least two heating strips, and corner transition areas are arranged at the adjacent ends ofthe heating strips; and a transition film made of the metal material, wherein the shape of the transition film is consistent with the shape of the corner transition areas of the heating strips, and the transition film is overlapped on the corner transition areas of the electric heating film. Due to the structural design that the good conductor is adopted at the corners of the electric heating filmfor transition, the problem that local heating is uneven, especially overheating is caused due to the fact that currents flow through the corners of the electric heating film in a near-line mode is effectively solved while the preset current transmission function is achieved.
