The invention discloses a roller type release mechanism for an underwater anchoring navigation body. The roller type release mechanism is composed of flexible rolling wheels, a roller groove, an anchoring sleeve, a plastic buckle cover plate, a control motor and a navigation body, wherein the anchoring sleeve is of a cylindrical structure, one end of the anchoring sleeve is closed, the other end of the anchoring sleeve is matched with the plastic buckle cover plate and connected with the anchoring navigation body through a plastic bayonet, a plurality of roller grooves are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the anchoring sleeve and are welded with the reinforcing rib plates on an inner wall of the sleeve, the control motor and a plurality of flexible rolling wheels are embedded in the rolling wheel grooves. After the navigation body receives an instruction, the flexible rolling wheels are driven by the control motor to rotate; the navigation body is driven by theflexible rolling wheels to move outwards in the axial direction; the navigation body touches the plastic buckle cover plate and falls off, therefore, the navigation body enters autonomous navigationafter leaving the anchoring sleeve. The roller type release mechanism is advantaged in that the roller type release mechanism is simple in structure, and stability and controllability of autonomous navigation after the navigation body is released are improved in a flexible roller release mode.
本发明公开了一种用于水下锚系航行体的滚轮式释放机构,由柔性滚动轮、滚轮凹槽、锚系套筒、塑性卡扣盖板、控制电机和航行体组成。其中,锚系套筒为圆柱筒形结构,锚系套筒一端部封闭,另一端部与塑性卡扣盖板配合,并通过塑性卡口与锚系航行体连接。锚系套筒周向均布有多个滚轮凹槽,且与套筒内壁加强筋板焊接;控制电机和若干柔性滚动轮镶嵌在滚轮凹槽内。当航行体收到指令后,柔性滚动轮在控制电机驱动下转动;航行体在柔性滚动轮的驱动下沿轴向向外移动;航行体触及塑性卡扣盖板脱落;实现航行体出离锚系套筒后进入自主式航行。滚轮式释放机构结构简单,通过柔性滚轮释放方式提高航行体释放后自主航行的稳定性及可操控性。
