According to the subway vehicle body with the preventive drainage structure, the drainage grooves which are communicated with one another are formed in the end walls, the bottom frame, the roof and the side walls, accumulated water in the vehicle body cavity is drained, the vehicle body is protected against corrosion caused by internal accumulated water, the service life of the subway vehicle body is prolonged, and drainage of the subway vehicle body by means of the internal cavity is achieved.
