The invention discloses a new energy automobile low-voltage power supply management system and management method. The system comprises a DCDC controller, a DCDC converter, a whole vehicle controller,a vehicle body controller, a battery management system, a whole vehicle low-voltage load, an emergency power supply and a relay, wherein the DCDC controller is connected with the DCDC converter through a control signal line, the DCDC converter is connected with a power battery pack through a high-voltage wire harness, the whole vehicle controller is connected with the relay through a control signal line, the DCDC controller, the whole vehicle controller, the vehicle body controller, the battery management system and the whole vehicle low-voltage load are connected in parallel through low-voltage lines and are connected in series with the DCDC converter through low-voltage lines as a whole, an emergency power supply and the relay are connected in series through a low-voltage line and are connected in parallel with a vehicle control unit through a low-voltage line as a whole, and the DCDC controller and the vehicle body controller are connected in parallel through a low-voltage line andare connected in series with the emergency power supply through the low-voltage line as a whole. The system is advantaged in that the low-voltage power supply capability of the whole vehicle after anOFF gear can be improved, and cost performance of the new energy vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车低压电源管理系统及管理方法,包括DCDC控制器、DCDC变换器、整车控制器、车身控制器、电池管理系统、整车低压负载、应急电源和继电器,DCDC控制器通过控制信号线与DCDC变换器连接,DCDC变换器通过高压线束与动力电池组连接,整车控制器通过控制信号线与继电器连接;DCDC控制器、整车控制器、车身控制器、电池管理系统、整车低压负载通过低压线并联,且作为整体与DCDC变换器通过低压线串联;应急电源、继电器通过低压线串联,且作为整体与整车控制器通过低压线并联;DCDC控制器、车身控制器通过低压线并联,且作为整体与应急电源通过低压线串联。采用本发明能提升整车在OFF档后的低压供电能力,提升新能源汽车的性价比。
