The invention discloses an integrated advanced support system for conveyor gateway transportation-support, and belongs to the field of advanced support of a gateway of the working face of the underground coal mining. The integrated advanced support system for conveyor gateway transportation-support is used for solving the circulation forward movement problem of a advanced hydraulic support in thecomplex space range of a conveyor gateway. A grooved rail and a transfer car are arranged on a cover plate located above a reversed loader, obstacles are changed into transportation carriers, and theintegrated transportation-supporting system for lower coal transportation and upper auxiliary transportation is formed. A traction unit pulls the transfer car, the transfer car has various displacement functions such as lifting and turning, and realizes a series of actions of "positioning-frame-connecting-frame-adjustment-transfer-frame-lifting-returning-to-the-position", the advanced hydraulic support is transported from the rear part to the head part. The power of the advanced hydraulic support, the transfer car and the traction unit are all powered by an emulsion pump station at the workingface. The cyclic displacement function of the advanced support system enables the n-shaped advanced hydraulic support to effectively avoid the anchor rod (cable), and the problem of repeated supporting of a roof plate by the advanced hydraulic support of the conveyor gateway is solved.

    本发明公开了一种运输顺槽运‑支一体化超前支护系统,属于井工开采煤矿工作面顺槽超前支护领域,用来解决运输顺槽复杂空间范围内超前液压支架的循环前移问题。在转载机上方盖板上,设置了槽轨及转运小车,变阻碍为运输载体,构成了下部运煤、上部辅运的运‑支一体化系统。牵引部牵引着转运小车,运输小车具有升降和转向等多种变位功能,实现“定位‑联架‑调架‑转运‑升架‑归位”的系列动作,将超前液压支架由尾部运送到首部。所述的超前液压支架,转运小车和牵引部动力均由工作面乳化液泵站提供动力。本发明超前支护系统的循环变位功能使得门形超前液压支架支架有效避开锚杆(索),解决了运输顺槽超前液压支架对顶板的反复支撑问题。
