The invention discloses a mine hoist multi-brake contacting brake action consistency control method. The method comprises the steps of making an improvement on a high-speed and heavy-load mine hoist disk brake control mode, and controlling each disk brake through an independent electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve; ensuring the consistency of contacting brake actions of multiple disk brakes by artificially presetting the same contacting brake time in a disk brake position closed-loop control mode; and detecting the wear extent of brake shoes in real time, correcting contacting brake fuel supply pressure control values of the disk brakes through the wear extent, making pressing force of all the disk brakes finally acting on the contact surfaces of the disk brakes the same in a pressure closed-loop control mode, and ensuring the consistency of the contacting brake pressure of the multiple disk brakes. The mine hoist multi-brake contacting brake action consistency control method provided by the invention is simple, reliable, convenient to operate, high in adaptability, high in control performance and good in using effect and has the wide practicality.

    本发明公开了一种矿井提升机多套制动器贴闸动作一致性控制方法,首先对高速重载矿井提升机盘式制动器控制方式进行改进,每个盘式制动器采用一个独立的电液比例换向阀进行控制;通过人为预先设定相同的贴闸时间,采用盘式制动器位置闭环控制的方式,保证了多个盘式制动器贴闸动作的一致性;通过实时检测闸瓦磨损量,并通过磨损量修正各个盘式制动器的贴闸供油压力控制值,采用压力闭环控制方式使得所有盘式制动器最终作用在制动盘接触面上的压紧力相同,保证了多个盘式制动器贴闸压力的一致性。本发明提供的方法简单可靠、操作方便、适应性强、控制性能高、使用效果好,具有广泛的实用性。
