The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to a crane and a counterweight detection method. The crane comprises a controller, a detection device in communication connection with the controller and at least two counterweights, and the detection device is used for detecting whether each counterweight is an effective counterweight or not and sending a detection signalto the controller, so that the controller calculates the total weight of the effective counterweights according to the detection signal; the controller is further configured to judge whether the totalweight of the effective counterweight is matched with the torque working condition parameters of the crane or not and adjust the torque working condition parameters when it is judged that the total weight of the effective counterweight is not matched with the torque working condition parameters, so that the adjusted torque working condition parameters are matched with the total weight of the effective counterweight. According to the crane and the counterweight detection method, the torque working condition parameters can be automatically adjusted according to the total weight of the effectivecounterweight, the situation that the counterweight is not matched with the torque working condition parameters is reduced, and then the construction efficiency and safety are improved.

    本发明涉及工程机械领域,具体而言,涉及一种起重机和配重检测方法;本发明提供的起重机包括控制器、与控制器通信连接的检测装置、以及至少两个配重,检测装置用于检测各个配重是否为有效配重,并向控制器发送检测信号,以供控制器根据检测信号计算有效配重的总重量;控制器还被配置为判断有效配重的总重量和起重机的力矩工况参数是否匹配,并在判定有效配重的总重量与力矩工况参数不匹配时,调整力矩工况参数,以使调整后的力矩工况参数与有效配重的总重量匹配。本发明的起重机和配重检测方法,能够根据有效配重的总重量自动调整力矩工况参数,减少配重与力矩工况参数不匹配的情况产生,进而改善施工效率和安全性。
