The invention discloses an automobile collision protection device, which comprises a piston cylinder assembly. The piston cylinder assembly comprises a main cylinder body, an auxiliary cylinder body,a main piston and an auxiliary piston, wherein the main cylinder body is connected with the auxiliary cylinder body, an inner cavity of the main cylinder body is filled with hydraulic oil, an inner cavity of the auxiliary cylinder body is filled with working gas, the inner cavity of the main cylinder body is communicated with an inner cavity of the auxiliary cylinder body through a damping hole, the auxiliary cylinder body can be connected with an automobile front longitudinal beam, and the main cylinder body is located on the side, close to an automobile front bumper, of the auxiliary cylinder body. Lining structure layers are arranged on the inner wall of the main cylinder body and the inner wall of the auxiliary cylinder body, and the lining structure layers are made of iron-nickel hardalloy materials. When an automobile collides with an obstacle, the piston rod close to the front bumper firstly makes contact with an obstacle, the piston rod transmits energy to the main piston, themain piston compresses hydraulic oil, the hydraulic oil enters an inner cavity of the auxiliary cylinder body through buffering of the damping hole, then the energy is transmitted to the auxiliary piston, the auxiliary piston compresses working gas to achieve the further buffering effect, and finally energy absorption is completed.

    本发明公开一种汽车碰撞保护装置,包括活塞缸组件,活塞缸组件包括主缸体、副缸体、主活塞和副活塞,主缸体与副缸体相连,主缸体的内腔填充液压油,副缸体的内腔填充工作气体,主缸体的内腔通过阻尼孔与副缸体的内腔相连通,副缸体能够与汽车前纵梁相连,主缸体位于副缸体靠近汽车前保险杠的一侧;主缸体与副缸体的内壁均设置内衬结构层,内衬结构层由铁镍硬质合金材质制成。当汽车碰撞到障碍物时,靠近前保险杠的活塞杆首先接触到障碍物,活塞杆将能量传递给主活塞,主活塞压缩液压油,液压油通过阻尼孔缓冲进入副缸体的内腔,随之将能量传递给副活塞,副活塞压缩工作气体起到进一步缓冲的作用,最终完成能量的吸收。
