The invention relates to the technical field of conveying locomotives and discloses an intelligent automatic balance type conveying locomotive which comprises a supporting mechanism, a buffer rocker arm mechanism arranged at the upper end of the supporting mechanism and a sliding balance mechanism arranged at the upper end of the buffer rocker arm mechanism, and the supporting mechanism is composed of a base assembly and a pushing handle assembly fixedly installed on the side face of the base assembly. The buffering rocker arm mechanism is composed of a rocker arm base, a buffering arm fixedlyhinged to the lower end of the rocker arm base and a buffering spring connected to the outer side of the buffering arm in a sleeving mode. According to the invention, two selectable advancing modes of an automatic advancing mode and a manual advancing mode are provided, and the advancing modes can be reasonably switched according to the condition of a transportation road surface, so that the applicability of the road condition is wider; the upper sliding seat assembly can slide and rotate from any angle to the horizontal direction in the lower bearing seat assembly, so that goods in the uppersliding seat assembly are always kept in a desired horizontal state, and an ideal transportation state is achieved.
