The invention discloses a vehicle-road cooperation system and method based on a real-time traffic strategy. The system comprises a server and a vehicle-mounted terminal of a running vehicle, the server comprises a facility unit, a traffic data unit, a flow data unit and an organization strategy unit, and the facility unit is configured to obtain the traffic state of traffic facilities in a selected area and obtain an original traffic strategy composed of the traffic state; the traffic data unit is configured to acquire the traffic volume data of an area, the flow data unit is configured to acquire the flow data of the area, and the organization strategy unit is configured to dynamically adjust an original traffic strategy into a real-time traffic strategy according to the flow data and thetraffic volume data; the facility unit is configured to change the traffic state according to the real-time traffic strategy, and the vehicle-mounted terminal is configured to visualize a real-time traffic strategy. The system can adjust the traffic strategy of the road according to the vehicle condition of the road, so that the driving rule of the vehicles in the road is changed for actively improving the traffic efficiency of the road.

    本发明揭露一种基于实时交通策略的车路协同系统及方法。系统包括服务器及行驶车辆的车载终端;服务器包括设施单元、交通数据单元、流量数据单元及组织策略单元;设施单元被配置为获取选定的区域中交通设施的交通状态,并且获取交通状态组成的原始交通策略;交通数据单元被配置为获取区域的交通量数据;流量数据单元被配置为获取区域的流量数据;组织策略单元被配置为根据流量数据及交通量数据动态的调整原始交通策略为实时交通策略;设施单元被配置为根据实时交通策略变更交通状态;车载终端被配置为可视化实时交通策略。本系统能够根据道路的车辆情况调整道路的交通策略,使道路内车辆的行驶规则发生变化,用于主动提高道路的通行效率。
