The invention discloses a lightning protection component of a composite material paddle. A nickel front edge protective cover is bonded and fixed to the position, close to a paddle tip, of the front edge of the paddle. A lightning-protection braid is bonded and fixed on a working surface and a non-working surface of the paddle by taking the root axis of the paddle as the center, and is bent towards a rear edge at the part close to the paddle tip; the lightning protection ribbons and the nickel leading edge shields on the working surface and the non-working surface are wrapped and fixed together by using brass strips, the brass strips are electrically communicated with the two lightning protection ribbons and the nickel leading edge shields, and the brass strips are adhered to the blades; and the two lightning protection braids are respectively pressed and fixed on the paddle root metal jacket by the conductive metal pressure head and the conductive metal screw at the paddle root, and are electrically communicated with the paddle root metal jacket, the conductive metal pressure plate and the conductive metal screw. The lightning protection component is mounted on the aircraft, so that severe damage to the composite paddle during flight in a lightning environment can be avoided, the safety and reliability of the composite paddle are greatly improved, and the maintenance cost of the composite paddle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料桨叶的防雷击构件,镍前缘护罩粘接固定在桨叶前缘靠近桨尖部位;避雷织带以桨叶将根轴线为中心粘接固定在桨叶的工作面和非工作面上,在靠近桨尖部位向后缘弯曲;用黄铜带将工作面和非工作面的避雷织带与镍前缘护罩包裹固定在一起,黄铜带与两避雷织带和镍前缘护罩电连通,其粘接在桨叶上;两避雷织带在桨根处分别由导电金属压头和导电金属螺钉压接固定在桨根金属外套上,与桨根金属外套、导电金属压板和导电金属螺钉电连通。飞行器上安装本发明防雷击构件,可以避免复合材料桨叶在雷击环境下飞行时出现严重损伤,大幅提高复合材料桨叶的安全性及可靠性,降低复合材料桨叶的维修成本。
