The invention discloses an aerial charging device for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The aerial charging device comprises a clamping module, a damping module, a battery, a heat dissipation module, a driving module and a rubber sheet. According to the invention, the damping module is arranged, the impact force between the device and the bottom surface can be reduced when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands, and thus the service life of the device is prolonged; the device can be installed on unmanned aerial vehicles of different sizes through the arranged driving module, and part of the gravity of the whole device can be counteracted by a driving motor during work; and the adjusted motor support can be fixed through the arranged clamping module, so that the problem of difficult nut fastening in anarrow space is solved.
