The invention discloses a straight-blade propeller mounting method and a mounting base. The propeller base adopts a surrounding well upper and lower welding flange type; according to a stay wire centering process, the base is positioned on the ship body sections, the flanges are subjected to cutting transition according to the line type of the ship body structure, and the base is welded to the ship body sections; the upper end face of the base upper flange, the lower end face of the lower flange and inner holes of the upper and lower flanges are machined; the propeller body part is hoisted from the upper part of the base in parallel with the base hole; and the blades are inserted into the mounting holes in the lower plane of the propeller body in parallel. The driving device is adjusted and centered according to the process, and, finally, the adjustable coupling is connected with the propeller and the short shaft of the driving device. The invention has the advantages that the invention is suitable for ships with the propeller installation area being a plane or a few line types, the installation precision can be guaranteed, the process is controllable, the most direct basis can beprovided for final inspection, and meanwhile the risks of rework and propeller damage are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种直叶推进器安装方法及安装基座,推进器基座采用围井上下焊接法兰型式;按照拉线对中工艺,在船体分段上对基座进行定位,根据船体结构线型对法兰进行切割过渡,将基座装焊在船体分段上;对基座上法兰上端面、下法兰下端面及上下法兰内孔进行机加工;然后将推进器本体部分从基座上部与基座孔平行吊入安装;再将桨叶与推进器本体下平面的安装孔平行插入安装。根据工艺调整并对中驱动装置;最后将可调节式联轴器联接推进器与驱动装置的短轴。本发明有益效果是:适用于推进器安装区域为平面或少许线型的船舶,能保证安装精度,过程可控,能为最终交验提供最直接的依据,同时避免了返工及推进器损坏的风险。
