The invention provides a community campus integrated supervision system and method based on the Internet of Things, and the system comprises a parking stall manager and a management server. The parking stall manager is installed in a community, and the parking stall manager comprises an automatic controller, a lifting ground lock, and a camera; the camera shoots a license plate number image, the automatic controller recognizes the license plate number and is provided with an authority management module, the lifting ground lock descends when passing authority exists, or the lifting ground lockis kept in a lifting state to prevent vehicles from passing; the management server is provided with a time period management module for performing time-divided management configuration on each piece of equipment at the front end according to the corresponding time period; in a conventional time period, the parking stall manager only allows vehicles registered by owners to pass; during school leaving periods, a part of the parking stall managers adjacent to the school allow external vehicles of non-owners to pass.

    本发明提供了一种基于物联网的社区校园一体化监管系统及方法,该系统包括车位管理器以及管理服务器,车位管理器安装在社区内部,车位管理器包括自动控制器、升降地锁以及摄像头;摄像头拍摄车牌号图像,自动控制器识别车牌号并设置有权限管理模块,当具有通行权限时降下升降地锁,否则保持升降地锁升起状态以阻止车辆通行;管理服务器设有时间段管理模块,按照对应的时段对前端的各个设备进行分时段的管理配置;在常规时段,车位管理器只允许业主登记的车辆通行;在上学放学时段,邻近学校的一部分车位管理器允许非业主的外部车辆通行。
