The invention discloses a non-inductive charging pile transaction visual management system based on computer vision and CIM. The system realizes charging pile visual management based on a charging pile city information model and comprises a sensing subsystem, a charging preparation subsystem, an electronic commerce subsystem and a visual management subsystem. The sensing subsystem is used for sensing vehicle information; the charging preparation subsystem is used for performing charging preparation based on the parking area calibration and user permission approval result when the vehicle enters the view field of the camera; the electronic commerce subsystem is used for charging service billing and fee payment; and the visual management subsystem is used for displaying the occupancy state of the charging pile in the region and is convenient for the administrator to supervise. With application of the system, automatic starting, billing, fee deduction and other operations of the chargingpile can be realized in a parking lot charging scene, the operation process is simplified, the equipment maintenance cost is low, remote charging can be realized and centralized management is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种基于计算机视觉与CIM的无感充电桩交易可视化管理系统。该系统基于充电桩城市信息模型实现充电桩可视化管理,包括:感知子系统、充电准备子系统、电子商务子系统、可视化管理子系统;感知子系统,用于感知车辆信息;充电准备子系统,用于当车辆进入相机视野时,基于停车区域校准以及用户权限核准结果进行充电准备;电子商务子系统,用于进行充电服务计费和费用支付;可视化管理子系统,用于显示区域的充电桩占用状态,便于管理员监管。利用本发明,可以在停车场充电场景中,实现充电桩自动启动、计费、扣费等操作,简化操作流程、设备维护成本低,不仅可以异地充电,而且便于集中管理。
