The invention discloses a lake water taking and sampling unmanned aerial vehicle. The lake water taking and sampling unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an aircraft; a collecting cavity is formed in theaircraft; retracting cavities are formed in the left and right side walls of the lower side of the collecting cavity; a communicating cavity is communicated between each retraction cavity and the collecting cavity; lifting cavities are symmetrically formed in the left side wall and the right side wall of the collecting cavity. A sliding cavity is formed in the bottom wall of each lifting cavity;a rack drives an upper side meshing wheel to rotate, then drives an upper side rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive a large gear to rotate, then drives a small belt wheel to rotate through a firstbelt so as to drive a lower side rotating shaft to rotate, and drives a lower side meshing wheel to rotate. The unmanned aerial vehicle aircraft is adopted to sample, so that the time required by thesampling is reduced, the sampling steps are simplified, and the sampling efficiency is substantially improved.
