The invention provides a hydraulic control system for an electromechanical coupler and a control method for the hydraulic control system. The system comprises a first oil pump, a second oil pump, a controller, a cooling lubricating oil path, a clutch control oil path and a pilot control oil path, wherein the cooling lubricating oil path comprises a plurality of pipelines and a cooler; an oil inletof the cooler is connected to the first oil pump through a first pipeline; an oil outlet of the cooler is separately connected to a power generator, an electric motor and a clutch through pipelines;the first oil pump and the second oil pump are separately connected to an oil tank; the pilot control oil path comprises a decoupling reversing valve and a first pilot solenoid valve which are connected through a pipeline, and the decoupling reversing valve is connected to the cooler through a second pipeline; the clutch control path comprises a third pipeline and a fourth pipeline; one path of anoil outlet of the second oil pump is connected to the decoupling reversing valve through a third pipeline, and the other path of the oil outlet of the second oil pump is connected to the clutch through a fourth pipeline; and the controller is separately connected to the first oil pump, the second oil pump and the first pilot solenoid valve. The system is used for realizing the method. During vehicle power mode switching, the hydraulic control system of the electromechanical coupler keeps good control performance, efficiency and part cost.

    本发明提供一种机电耦合器液压控制系统及其控制方法,所述系统包括第一油泵、第二油泵、控制器、冷却润滑油路、离合器控制油路和先导控制油路;冷却润滑油路包括通过若干管路和冷却器,冷却器的进油口通过第一管路连接第一油泵,冷却器的出油口分别通过管路与发电机、电动机和离合器连接;第一油泵和第二油泵分别与油箱连接;先导控制油路包括通过管路连接的解耦换向阀和第一先导电磁阀,解耦换向阀通过第二管路与冷却器连接;离合器控制油路包括第三管路和第四管路;第二油泵的出油口一路通过第三管路连接解耦换向阀,另一路通过第四管路连接离合器;控制器分别与第一油泵、第二油泵和第一先导电磁阀连接。所述系统用于实现所述方法。本发明实现在车辆动力模式切换中保持机电耦合器控制系统良好的控制性能、效率和零部件成本。
