The invention discloses a synchronous positioning method of a monorail crane. The positioning of electric blocks is realized in a mode of detecting positioning points through a sensor, when one objectis pulled by the two electric blocks at the same time to move in the same direction, the two electric blocks are separately controlled by two controllers correspondingly, each electric block corresponds to a group of positioning points, each group of positioning points include two positioning points: the positioning point 1 and the positioning point 2, and the positions of each group of positioning points are relatively fixed; and when the electric blocks reach the positioning points 1, the electric blocks start to change the speed and keep the speed at a small fixed value, and when the electric blocks reach the positioning points 2, positioning stops. The two groups of positioning points are arrayed in a staggered mode, so that positioning errors are avoided. Since the two electric blocks are separately controlled, the relative positions are fixed after positioning stops, and therefore synchronous positioning is realized; before each electric block stops performing positioning, the electric block moves at a small fixed speed, so that the brake distances in the positioning stopping process are the same and are quite small; and each electric block is provided with two positioning points, and the method has the effect of improving the positioning precision and is simple in structure and easy to implement.

    本发明公开了一种单轨吊的同步定位方法,由传感器检测定位点的方式来实现电动葫芦的定位,在由两个电动葫芦同时牵引一个物件朝同一个方向移动时,这两个电动葫芦分别由两个控制器分开控制,每个电动葫芦都对应一组定位点,一组定位点包括两个定位点:定位点1与定位点2,且每组定位点的位置相对固定,当电动葫芦到达定位点1时,电动葫芦开始改变速度并将速度保持在一个较小的固定值,当电动葫芦到达第定位点2时进行停止定位。所述两组定位点错开排列,避免定位错乱。由于本发明的两个电动葫芦分开控制,所以停止定位后的相对位置固定,从而实现了同步定位;每个电动葫芦在进行停止定位之前都以一个固定较小的速度移动,因此在停止定位过程中的制动距离相同且很小;每个电动葫芦都有两个定位点,具有提高定位精准性的作用,其结构简单,易于实现。
