The invention discloses a railway piggyback transport vehicle side beam, and solves the problems that in the prior art, a side beam is complex in structure and large in weight and cannot meet piggyback transport requirements. According to a technical scheme, the railway piggyback transport vehicle sidebeam comprises two middle side beams which are oppositely arranged, and two ends of each middle side beam are fixedly connected to end side beams respectively; the two opposite end side beams are connected through a connecting plate to form an integral frame; reinforcing plates I and reinforcing beams II are sequentially arranged on the outer sides of the end side beams; upper cover plates are arranged above the end side beams; and the upper cover plates, the end side beams, the reinforcing beams I, the reinforcing beams II and the connecting plates form a variable cross-section box type structure at the end parts.

    本发明公开了一种铁路驮背运输车侧梁,它解决了现有技术中侧梁结构复杂、重量大、不能满足驮背运输要求的问题,采用板梁组焊的变截面箱型结构,整体结构为鱼腹形,其整体结构紧凑、合理,可有效降低自重和凹底承载面高度。其技术方案为:包括两个相对设置的中侧梁,每个中侧梁的两端分别与端侧梁固定连接;相对的两个端侧梁之间通过连接板相连形成整体框架;端侧梁外侧依次设置加强板I、加强梁II,端侧梁上方安装上盖板;上盖板、端侧梁、加强梁I、加强梁II和连接板在端部形成变截面箱形结构。
