The invention discloses an ultra-high horsepower split type drive axle and a machining connection method thereof. The ultra-high horsepower split type drive axle structurally comprises a middle axle housing, a left axle housing, a right axle housing and an axle shaft. A main driver assembly is mounted in the middle axle housing; the left axle housing is hermetically connected to an opening end ofthe middle axle housing through a connecting cover by using a bolt; the right axle housing is in sealed connection with an opening at the other end of the middle axle housing through a bolt. The innerwall of the left axle housing and the inner wall of the right axle housing are both provided with a protruding axle shaft supporting ring, and the other ends of the left axle housing and the right axle housing are both welded with a wheel edge supporting shaft and provided with a wheel edge power transmission assembly and a wheel edge braking assembly. One end of the axle shaft is connected to the main driver assembly, and the other end is connected to the wheel edge power transmission assemblies; the invention further provides a machining connection method of the drive axle, self-lubricationin respective cavities of the middle axle housing, the left axle housing and the right axle housing can be achieved, potential quality hazards like reduction of the drive axle lubrication effect andincrease of abrasion caused by instability of a vehicle are reduced, and the structural stability of the drive axle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种超大马力分体式驱动桥及其加工连接方法,结构包括中桥壳、左桥壳、右桥壳和半轴;中桥壳内部用于安装主传动器组件;左桥壳通过连接盖与中桥壳的开口端用螺栓密封连接;右桥壳与中桥壳的另一端开口通过螺栓密封连接;左桥壳和右桥壳内壁上均具有凸起的半轴支撑环,另一端均焊接有轮边支撑轴,并且安装有轮边动力传动组件和轮边制动组件;半轴一端与主传动器组件连接,另一端与轮边动力传动组件连接;本发明还提供了一种该驱动桥的加工连接方法,能够实现中桥壳、左桥壳和右桥壳各自空腔内的自润滑,降低了车辆不平稳导致的驱动桥润滑效果下降,磨损增加等质量隐患,提高了驱动桥结构的稳定性。
