The invention discloses a whistling vehicle automatic identification device and method based on a sound array. The device comprises an annular sound array for collecting sound signals; an image acquisition module for recording audio and/or video information; a signal analysis module for judging whistling and carrying out sound source positioning analysis; and a communication module for storing theinformation and uploading the information to a server. The method comprises the following steps: S01, acquiring a sound signal; S02, judging whether whistling exists or not, if yes, executing the next step is executed, and if not, executing the first step again; and S03, recording audio and/or video information for evidence obtaining, determining a target vehicle through sound source positioninganalysis, and simultaneously obtaining information such as a license plate through the image acquisition module; and S04, storing the evidence obtaining information and uploading the evidence obtaining information to a server. The signal analysis and sound source positioning calculation process is simple and convenient, the accuracy is high, and the whistling vehicle can be accurately identified in the noisy environment through noise reduction and identification in the modes of characteristic signal filtering and sound source positioning.
本发明公开了一种基于声阵列的鸣笛车辆自动识别装置及方法,装置包括:环形声阵列:采集声音信号;图像采集模块,记录音频和/或视频信息;信号分析模块,判断鸣笛及进行声源定位分析;通信模块,保存信息并上传至服务器。方法包括以下步骤:S01:采集声音信号;S02:判断是否存在鸣笛,如是则进入下一步,如否则回到第一步;S03:记录音频和/或视频信息进行取证,通过声源定位分析以确定目标车辆并通过图像采集模块同时获取车牌等信息;S04:保存取证信息并上传至服务器。本发明的信号分析以及声源定位计算过程简便,准确度高,通过特征信号滤波以及声源定位的方式降噪及识别,能够在嘈杂的环境中准确辨识鸣笛的车辆。
