A vehicle identification system comprises an RFID electronic beacon, a radiation antenna, a reader and a server, wherein the RFID electronic beacon is arranged on a vehicle to be identified; the radiation antenna is located in a first preset range around a parking space, is connected with the reader, and is used for collecting a radiation signal of the RFID electronic beacon of a vehicle on the parking space and sending the radiation signal to the reader; the reader is located in a second preset range around the parking space and is used for determining vehicle identification information of the vehicle according to the radiation signal and sending the vehicle identification information to the server; and the server is coupled with the reader and is used for receiving the vehicle identification information sent by the reader so as to determine parking information of a vehicle parked in the parking space. According to the scheme of the invention, the accuracy of vehicle identification can be improved, the possibility of parking information backtracking is provided, and the user experience is effectively improved.
