The invention discloses a fault judgment method and device and a crane. The method comprises the steps that a data acquisition unit is used for acquiring current operation state information of the crane to obtain a state signal, and the state signal is a digital signal or a switching value signal; a data processing unit is connected with the data acquisition unit and used for converting the statesignal into an analog quantity signal and screening out a target fault parameter from the analog quantity signal according to the received fault prompt information, and the fault prompt information carries an initial fault code; and a fault judgment unit is connected with the data processing unit and used for receiving the target fault parameter uploaded by the data processing unit, determining atarget fault code corresponding to the target fault parameter and judging whether the target fault code is consistent with the initial fault code or not. According to the invention, the technical problems that the correctness of the fault prompt information cannot be determined and the actual requirement of troubleshooting is difficult to meet in the existing fault diagnosis mode are solved.

    本发明公开了一种故障判定方法及装置、起重机。其中,该方法包括:数据采集单元,用于采集起重机的当前作业状态信息得到状态信号,其中,状态信号为数字量信号或开关量信号;数据处理单元,与数据采集单元连接,用于将状态信号转化为模拟量信号,并依据接收到故障提示信息从模拟量信号中筛选出目标故障参数,其中,故障提示信息中携带有初始故障代码;故障判定单元,与数据处理单元连接,用于接收数据处理单元上传的目标故障参数,确定与目标故障参数对应的目标故障代码,并判定目标故障代码与初始故障代码是否一致。本发明解决了现有故障诊断方式无法确定故障提示信息的正确性,难以满足故障排查的实际需求的技术问题。
