The invention discloses a center hole opening coaxial sleeve type synchronous lifting dome cover. The dome cover comprises a sleeve type lifting assembly, a dome cover, a cover plate and a push-pull driving device. The sleeve type lifting assembly is driven by a driving mechanism to do telescopic motion in the vertical direction to form a cylindrical closed space. The dome cover is fixedly connected to the top end of the sleeve type lifting assembly and moves along with the sleeve type lifting assembly. The dome cover is a mounting carrier of the push-pull driving device; the dome cover is provided with a circular middle hole, the middle hole provides an observation visual angle for the telescope, the two semicircular cover plates are horizontally and symmetrically installed in the push-pull driving device, the push-pull driving device drives the cover plates to open or close the middle hole of the dome cover, and when the middle hole is closed, the cover plates generate turnover motion to seal the butt joint position. When the telescope is used for observation, the middle hole cover at the top of the dome cover is opened and then descends along with the telescopic sleeve to provide an unshielded observation environment for the telescope; and when observation is not performed, the telescopic sleeve is lifted and the middle hole cover is closed to form a closed environment to protect the telescope equipment.
