The invention relates to an intelligent clutch control system and a control method. The intelligent clutch control system comprises an ICS (intelligent clutch system) electronic control unit, a gear selecting and shifting position sensor, a gear shifting intention sensor, a clutch manipulating mechanism, a clutch position sensor and an electronic throttle valve, wherein the clutch position sensor,the gear selecting and shifting position sensor and the gear shifting intention sensor are connected with the input end of the ICS electronic control unit; the clutch manipulating mechanism is connected with the output end of the ICS electronic control unit; the output end of the clutch manipulating mechanism is connected with a clutch; the input ends of the gear selecting and shifting position sensor and the gear shifting intention sensor are connected with the output end of a speed changer; the output end of the ICS electronic control unit is connected with the clutch manipulating mechanism; the input end of the electronic throttle valve is connected with an accelerator pedal; and the output end of the electronic throttle valve is connected with an engine. By means of the intelligent clutch control system provided by the invention, a vehicle can start more stably, and gear shifting is smoother.

    本发明涉及一种智能离合控制系统及控制方法,该智能离合控制系统包括ICS电控单元、选换档位置传感器、换档意图传感器、离合器操纵机构、离合器位置传感器以及电子节气门,离合器位置传感器、选换档位置传感器以及换档意图出传感器均与ICS电控单元的输入端连接,离合器操纵机构与ICS电控单元的输出端连接;离合器操纵机构的输出端与离合器连接,选换档位置传感器以及换档意图传感器的输入端与变速器的输出端连接,ICS电控单元的输出端与离合器操纵机构连接;电子节气门的输入端与加速踏板连接,电子节气门的输出端与发动机连接。本发明提出的智能离合控制系统,可使得车辆起步更平稳,换档更顺畅。
