The invention discloses a ship shaft lifting device. The ship shaft lifting device comprises an upper bracket, a lower bracket and a lifting piece, wherein the lifting piece is arranged between the upper bracket and the lower bracket and used for lifting the upper bracket; the surface of the upper bracket is provided with a sliding part, and a ship shaft is fixed in the sliding part; an adjustingcomponent is arranged inside the lower bracket; the adjusting component is connected with the lifting piece in a matched manner, and the height of the lifting piece can be controlled. The problem is solved that the ship shaft is often lifted by a hoisting mechanism during installation, the lifting height can only roughly satisfy the needs of installation and a certain deviation still exists.
