The tower crane hopper comprises an inverted right-angled trapezoidal hopper body; the front end of the inverted right-angled trapezoidal hopper body is an arc surface; the bottom plate of the inverted right-angled trapezoidal hopper body is an open fan; the front end is connected to the bottom plate through a rotating shaft; a pair of first steel wire rope lifting hooks are arranged at an upper opening of the hopper body right above the rotating shaft; a pair of second steel wire rope lifting hooks are arranged on the upper side of a rear back plate of the hopper body; a pair of third steel wire rope lifting hooks are arranged on the lower side of the rear back plate; and a pair of fourth steel wire rope lifting hooks are arranged at one end, far away from the arc surface at the front end, of the bottom plate. When lifting, the first, second and fourth steel wire rope lifting hooks are started simultaneously; when a material is unloaded, the first steel wire rope lifting hooks can be loosened selectively to unload the material from the arc surface of the front end; and the fourth steel wire rope lifting hooks can also be loosened selectively, and simultaneously, the first, second and third steel wire rope lifting hooks are lifted, so that the work of unloading the material can be completed from the bottom plate.
