The invention discloses a zero-gravity lifting tool for solid surface antenna expanding and an application method of the zero-gravity lifting tool. The zero-gravity lifting tool for solid surface antenna expanding mainly comprises a main lifting rod adjusting mechanism assembly, a bearing cross beam assembly and at least one set of tail end lifting rod adjusting mechanism assembly. Through cooperation of the mechanisms, the position of the lifting point and the length of a lifting belt can be adjusted rapidly and conveniently according to different solid surface antenna types, so that the torque of solid surface antennas is balanced, and the efficiency of solid surface antenna zero-gravity expanding testing can be obviously improved. After the zero-gravity lifting tool for solid surface antenna expanding is put into use, compared with previously-used simple lifting tools, the work efficiency is improved by 50%, and the gravity unloading effect, safety and reliability are also obviouslyimproved.
