The four stand columns are arranged in a square shape, and the bottoms of the stand columns are communicated through an annular buoyancy tank. The upper module is matched with each stand column through two fulcrums, and the fulcrums are arranged on the edges of the stand columns, so that the tops of the stand columns are exposed outside. A condensate oil tank is arranged in each stand column; MEG cabins are arranged in the three stand columns and comprise the poor MEG cabin and the rich MEG cabin. And an SLOP cabin is arranged in the other stand column and comprises a cabin A and a cabin B which are adjacent to each other and are communicated with each other through a pipeline. The semi-submersible production platform has the functions of production treatment, power, life support and condensate oil storage, has feasibility, and can be used for development of deepwater large naturalgas fields by being combined with an underwater production system.
