The invention discloses a mistaken locking prevention brake device, which comprises a follow-up mechanism and a brake mechanism, the brake mechanism comprises a follow-up assembly and a wheel rotating assembly; the follow-up assembly comprises a follow-up body, a plurality of wheel rotating positions and a plurality of brake positions, the wheel rotating positions and the brake positions are arranged on the follow-up body, the wheel rotating positions are sequentially arranged on the follow-up body at intervals, and the brake positions are located in the interval between every two adjacent wheel rotating positions. The wheel rotating assembly comprises a plurality of wheel rotating pieces opposite to the wheel rotating positions respectively, one end of each wheel rotating piece is connected with one end of the corresponding wheel rotating position, the other end of each wheel rotating piece extends to the position above the other end of the corresponding wheel rotating position, andthe multiple wheel rotating pieces are arranged in the same direction; the brake end of the brake mechanism is close to the follow-up body and abuts against the wheel rotating piece or the brake position. Through cooperation of the follow-up mechanism and the brake mechanism, mistaken locking of a bicycle or an electric vehicle in a riding state is avoided, the safety of a rider is protected, andthe whole device is simple and stable in structure, reasonable and compact in layout, small in space, convenient to load and capable of being used for a long time.
