The invention provides a calibration method and acquisition device for pressure increasing and decreasing characteristics based on a pneumatic brake-by-wire system, a whole vehicle brake pressure regulation and control method and a control method of a whole vehicle brake system. The pressurization and decompression characteristics are used for controlling the braking system based on air pressure lines. The pressurizing and depressurizing characteristics are shown as a braking pressurizing characteristic curve graph and a braking depressurizing characteristic curve graph; the steps of obtainingthe two comprises that the opening and closing of the air inlet valve or the exhaust valve of the brake chamber are periodically controlled according to the pressure maintaining period by changing the opening duration of the air inlet valve and the exhaust valve each time until the pressure in the brake air chamber does not change any more, the change of the pressure of the brake air chamber along with time each time is recorded, and then a brake pressurization characteristic curve graph and a brake decompression characteristic curve graph are obtained through data processing. The pressure increasing and decreasing characteristics obtained through the calibration method can bring convenience to regulation and control of the whole vehicle brake pressure, and therefore the regulation and control efficiency of the whole vehicle brake pressure regulation and control method is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于气压线控制动系统的增减压特性的标定方法及获取装置、整车制动压力调控方法、整车制动系统的控制方法,增减压特性用于基于气压线控制动系统,增减压特性表现为制动增压特性曲线图和制动减压特性曲线图,二者的获取步骤包括:通过变化进气阀和排气阀打开每次的持续时间并按照保压周期周期性控制制动气室的进气阀或者排气阀打开和关闭,直至所述制动气室内的压力不再变化为止,同时记录每次的制动气室的压力随时间的变化,然后通过数据处理得到制动增压特性曲线图和制动减压特性曲线图。采用本发明的标定方法得到的增减压特性能够为整车制动压力的调控带来了便捷性,从而提高了整车制动压力调控方法的调控效率。
