The invention discloses a vehicle driver takeover state identification method. The method comprises the steps that an instruction that a driver needs to take over a vehicle is obtained, first vibration is transmitted to a steering wheel, first torque fed back by the steering wheel is obtained, if the first torque is larger than a preset threshold value, a signal that the driver takes over the vehicle is output, and otherwise, a signal that the driver does not take over the vehicle is output. The defect that under some special conditions, a vehicle cannot accurately identify whether a driver successfully takes over the vehicle or not is overcome, and the driving safety of the vehicle is improved.
本发明公开了一种车辆驾驶员接管状态识别方法,包括:获取需要驾驶员接管车辆的指令,向方向盘传递第一振动,获取方向盘反馈的第一力矩,若所述第一力矩大于预先设置的阈值,则输出驾驶员已接管车辆的信号,反之,则输出驾驶员未接管车辆的信号。解决在一些特殊情况下,车辆不能准确识别驾驶员是否已经成功接管车辆的不足,提高车辆行驶的安全性。
