The invention relates to a charging pile charging and discharging control method and a charging and discharging system. The method comprises the steps of detecting the charging requirement of an electric vehicle; if the electric vehicle has the charging demand, detecting the electric quantity state of the energy storage power supply; if the electric quantity state of the energy storage power supply is larger than the set electric quantity threshold value, outputting electric energy to the electric automobile by the energy storage power supply to charge the electric automobile; if the electricquantity state of the energy storage power supply is not greater than the set electric quantity threshold, outputting electric energy to the electric vehicle by the power grid to charge the electric vehicle; and if the electric vehicle has no charging demand, correspondingly controlling the electric energy flow direction between the power grid and the energy storage power supply according to whether the power grid is in the peak power period. According to the method, when the electric vehicle has a charging demand, the energy storage power supply is preferentially adopted to charge the electric vehicle, and the power grid is adopted to charge the electric vehicle only under the condition that the electric quantity of the energy storage power supply is insufficient, so that the utilizationrate of the energy storage power supply is effectively improved under the condition of ensuring the charging demand of the electric vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种充电桩充放电控制方法及充放电系统,该方法包括:检测电动汽车的充电需求;若电动汽车有充电需求,则检测储能电源的电量状态;若储能电源的电量状态大于设定电量阈值,则储能电源将电能输出给电动汽车,为电动汽车充电;若储能电源的电量状态不大于设定电量阈值,则电网将电能输出给电动汽车,为电动汽车充电;若电动汽车没有充电需求,则根据电网是否处于峰电期相应控制电网与储能电源之间的电能流向。在本发明中,当电动汽车有充电需求时,优先采用储能电源给电动汽车充电,只有在储能电源的电量不充足的情况下,才采用电网给电动汽车充电,在保证电动汽车充电需求的情况下,有效提高了储能电源的利用率。
