The invention relates to a novel electric wheel system combining a semi-active suspension and an electric wheel. The novel electric wheel system comprises the wheel, a hub motor, a brake, an axle, anMR damper, the semi-active suspension and the like. The hub motor adopts a double-rotor inner stator structure, a left rotor and a right rotor are symmetrically arranged relative to a stator, and uniform gaps are formed on two sides of the stator. The working cavity of the MR damper is filled with magnetorheological fluid, the piston does reciprocating rectilinear motion, after a wire wound on thepiston is powered on, the flowing characteristic of the magnetorheological fluid changes under the action of a magnetic field generated by exciting current, the pressure difference between the two ends of the damping channel changes accordingly, and therefore the damping force of the damper can be changed in real time.

    本发明涉及一种将半主动悬架与电动轮相结合的新型电动轮系统,包括车轮、轮毂电机、制动器、车轴、MR阻尼器、半主动悬架等。轮毂电机采用双转子内定子结构,左、右转子相对于定子对称布置,定子两侧构成均匀间隙。MR阻尼器工作腔内充满了磁流变液,活塞做往复直线运动,当活塞上缠绕的导线通电后,磁流变液的流动特性便在励磁电流产生的磁场作用下变化,阻尼通道两端的压力差随之发生变化,从而使阻尼器的阻尼力大小可实时改变。
