    本发明公开了一种刚性轴线联动行走系统轴头结构,包括安装在车体上的吊架I、吊架II,安装在吊架II上的旋转轴,安装在旋转轴上的连接板,固定在连接板两端的石墨尼龙碳纤维方体II,吊架I上安装石墨尼龙碳纤维方体I,石墨尼龙碳纤维方体I具有一个十字形穿孔,车轴连接板一端的碳钢轴头I安装在石墨尼龙碳纤维方体I内,另一端的碳钢轴头II安装在石墨尼龙碳纤维方体II内,在石墨尼龙碳纤维方体I内还安装有与碳钢轴头I垂直的横轴轴头,轮胎安装在车轴上,车轴固定在车轴连接板的车轴孔内。本发明利用石墨材料本身具有的自润滑功能,减缓轴头与套的磨损问题,延长各部件的寿命,无需注油,节省能源和降低了终端客户使用成本。
